Shipping & Returns

At Comorin Coconuts, we take great care to ensure your order is packed securely and delivered safely. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be available for select products on request, subject to destination regulations and shipping charges.

3. Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time within India is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

6. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Comorin Coconuts will not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event of damage during transit, customers are requested to inform us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the package and product.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue through replacement or suitable resolution.
Comorin Coconuts is not responsible for delays or losses once the shipment is handed over to the courier, but we will assist in follow-ups wherever possible.

8. Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must send the product back to the return address provided on your order confirmation or on our website.

Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
The product must reach our original shipping address for the return to be processed.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Return shipping charges will be reimbursed up to a maximum of ₹150 or actual cost, whichever is lower.
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If an order is undelivered due to a locked premises or no response to the courier partner, and is returned to us, we will not be responsible for reshipping at our cost. Re-dispatch will be done only after the customer pays the actual courier charges. No refund will be issued in such cases, as the non-delivery is not due to the fault of Comorin Coconuts. Any disputes regarding this needs to be taken up with the local India Post office directly by customer.
