4. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time within India is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
• Remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer.
• Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
• Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

6. Address & Delivery Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Comorin Coconuts will not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• In the rare event of damage during transit, customers are requested to inform us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the package and product.
• We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue through replacement or suitable resolution.
• Comorin Coconuts is not responsible for delays or losses once the shipment is handed over to the courier, but we will assist in follow-ups wherever possible.

8. Returns

• If you wish to return an item, you must send the product back at your own expense to the return address provided on your order confirmation or on our website. Returned items must be in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
